The ASKA - KIBIC application supports the verification process of fans at stadiums. To meet the needs of football clubs, we have created an original solution enabling the registration of fans during sports events. Application dedicated to terminals mobile by Chainway, compatible with OCR readers, enables registration and verification of fans before entering the stadium. Organized groups of fans are verified in terms of data correctness and access rights to the selected football match. When registering the entry, the system checks whether the person is on the list and whether he or she has a current stadium ban. Moreover, the application allows for free registration of participants of any sports event, significantly speeding up the process of serving people entering the sports facility. Thanks to the use of OCR technology, the verification process takes only a few seconds. By reading the machine-written information (OCR zone) of the ID card or passport, the security services are able to quickly and efficiently register the participant. At the same time, the system allows verification based on the PESEL number. Benefits of using the Fan application: - replaces inconvenient paper lists, which are susceptible to destruction, especially in difficult weather conditions. - Thanks to the use of four sets of devices, a group of 2,000 Fans can be verified in less than 30 minutes. - quick registration improves the work of both security services and increases the comfort of sports fans. - thanks to the use of data collectors, we receive data on the number of registered participants within a few minutes of completing the process. The system can operate independently of the entrance gates (so-called turnstiles). - The devices can be equipped with barcode readers and RFID readers, which increase the usability of the devices and can be used to verify, among others, fan cards.
